Gather your kids and your camping gear and come along, stay the weekend and enjoy our clubs beautiful property on the banks of the Wollondilly River. Our Club's annual Children’s Christmas Party is free to all members and will be loads of fun for the whole family. Members may invite guests.

• On Saturday morning we will all get in the mood by decorating the shed and our Christmas tree.
• From early afternoon we will embark on an afternoon of fun… Christmas craft and games, and a special visit from Santa who will be bringing gifts – yip yip hooray!!
• An amazing Christmas Dinner at 6pm will be followed by prizes for the most festively decorated tables and a chance to sit around and enjoy the company of other club members. 
• Sunday morning – free range roaming – enjoy our property

BYO plates, cutlery, camp chairs and table, your own drinks (juice will be provided at the dinner), decorations for your Christmas dinner table, your best festive attire, and your own food and supplies for other meals. Oh and don’t forget your swimmers to play around in the river.

Please make sure you tell us how many children are coming, their gender and age. Note that Santa can only distribute gifts to children of registered members aged 12 years and younger. If other children (12 and under) are attending as guests, please provide a labeled present to a maximum value of $20 to the Social Team before Santa arrives.

If you are coming along please think about volunteering to help out with activities or food preparation. Social events like this can only run if members are willing to step up and help. If you can volunteer please email Debbie social@tlcc.com.au

Members are reminded:

• To re-read the Club By-laws including those specific to the use of Club properties
• New members must have completed all 3 modules of driver training prior to the event
• BYO firewood and only use existing fireplaces. Freestanding BYO above ground fire pits are permitted provided ash is tipped into existing fireplaces. 
• Members must drive their guest’s vehicle into and out of Koolandilly.

Please only include persons covered by your membership ie partner and children 16 years and under on this booking form.

If you are bringing a Guest, you must complete a Guest Booking Form even if the guest is travelling in your vehicle.

If you have adult children who wish to attend please fill out a guest booking form.  

If guests are bringing their own cars you will receive a Guest Pass which must be displayed on the dashboard of the guest's vehicle at all times.
