Hop on over to Koolandilly for an unforgettable Easter getaway! Enjoy camping on our stunning Wollondilly River packed with exciting activities and games for the whole family. And of course, don’t miss a special visit from the one and only Easter Bunny!

Camp Your Way or Meet Us at the Shed:

Relax by the river or head up to the shed to connect with fellow Club members and families. Here’s the plan:

19th April, Saturday

• Afternoon: Easter crafts and activities for the kids. 
• Evening: Movie night for the kids – bring a blanket and pillow for cozy fun with some sweet treats!

20th April, Sunday

• Morning: Get ready for a magical Easter surprise as the Easter Bunny hops in and leaves goodies hidden in mysterious spots. 
• Egg Hunt: A thrilling Easter egg treasure hunt!
• Fun & Games: Activities for all ages
• Meals: Enjoy hot cross buns for morning tea and a tasty sausage sizzle for Sunday lunch.

What to Bring:

• Plates, cutlery, camp chairs, table, drinks (juice provided at lunch), and food for other meals.  
• Don’t forget your swimmers for a splash in the river!

Get Involved!

We need volunteers to help make this event amazing. Whether it’s assisting with crafts, organizing games, grilling on the BBQ, or helping with setup and cleanup, your support is what makes these social events happen. Interested? Email social@tlcc.com.au.

Important Reminders:

• Review the Club By-laws, including property-specific rules. 
• New members: Ensure you've completed all 3 driver training modules before attending.
• Bring your own firewood and only use existing fireplaces. Freestanding above-ground fire pits are allowed, but make sure ashes are disposed of in existing fireplaces.

GUESTS AT THE EVENT:

Who counts as a guest?

• Anyone not included in your membership, like your own children over 17, grandchildren, and friends. 

Fees

• $10 per guest aged 5 and over. Children under 5 are free.  

Register you and your guests

• Use this form below for all persons you are booking in to this event. 

Add guest names for activities. Refer to the Making Bookings at TLCC Social Events for specific instructions

• At the bottom of the booking page, enter your guests' names for catering and activity planning. 

Update your booking

• You can come back anytime to add more guests. 

Confirmation email

• After booking and payment, you’ll get a “Thank You for Your Booking” email. 

Complete vehicle details

• In the confirmation email, click the link to the Land Managers Event Booking Form and fill one form out for each guest family. This includes any vehicle details. This helps our Committee Member review and grant access to Club property. 

Display guest vehicle pass

• Once approved, you’ll get a pass to print and display on your guest's vehicle. 

Drive your guest’s vehicle

• Members must drive their guest’s vehicle down and up the steep access road just inside the property gate.
