This 2½ day course will allow you to jump start your personal fitness resolution in 2023.
It is designed for the beginner and aims to help you keep fit, flexible and well balanced when you are touring or at home.
Four sessions over the first two days take you through all the components to design your personal fitness routine. On the final morning, you get to test run your full sequence so you can fine tune your personal program.
The course is free and exclusive for TLCC members. It is run by Judi Cameron and Ken Ryan who are qualified Gym Instructors, Personal Trainers and TLCC members. Limit is 16 adult participants. Preference will be given to those who enrol for the full 2½ days. Info sheet will be emailed to those who register online at the TLCC website.
Please Note: To ensure the exercises do not compromise any health conditions you may have, participants will need to complete an industry standard screening form prior to the course and you will need to sign your informed consent before commencing the classes. Your health & personal information will be kept confidential.
