Don’t miss your chance to celebrate Halloween with a dose of Aussie bush charm at our Club's beautiful property on the banks of the Wollondilly River. Our Club's annual Halloween event is free to all members and will be a frightfully funny good time. Members may invite guests. 

With everyone pitching in to spookify their campsites and dressing in all kinds of ghoulish garb this event is a great opportunity to let your hair down and unleash your inner monster. The more effort that everyone puts in, the better the event will be. There will be prizes for best campsite and also best Halloween costumes, including best adult, best child and best family group.

There will be Halloween themed games and activities then as the sun prepares to go down we will transform ready for the kids to follow a creepy pathway as they trick or treat between campsites. Plus it wouldn’t be a Club event without a wonderful dinner provided for all participants.

BYO plates, cutlery, camp chairs and table, your own drinks (juice will be provided at the dinner), decorations for your campsite, your freakiest Halloween attire, and your own food and supplies for other meals. Oh and don’t forget your swimmers to play around in the river.

If you are coming along please think about volunteering to help out with activities or food preparation. Social events like this can only run if members are willing to step up and help. If you can volunteer please email Debbie social@tlcc.com.au

Members are reminded:

• To re-read the Club By-laws including those specific to the use of club properties
• New members must have completed all 3 modules of driver training prior to the event
• BYO firewood and only use existing fireplaces. Freestanding BYO above ground fire pits are permitted provided ash is tipped into existing fireplaces 
• Members must drive their guest’s vehicle into and out of Koolandilly.

Please only include persons covered by your membership ie partner and children 17 years and under on this booking form.

If you are bringing a Guest, you must complete a Guest Booking Form even if the guest is travelling in your vehicle.
If you have adult children who wish to attend please fill out a guest booking form.
If guests are bringing their own cars you will receive a Guest Pass which must be displayed on the dashboard of the guest's vehicle at all times.
